The liability of zurich shall be further limited in respect of any one loss or series of losses arising out of any one event at any one premises as set out hereunder and it is understood and agreed that such sub-limit shall not increase the liability of the insurer beyond the limits of liability expressed above also the under-mentioned deductible will apply in respect of sub-limit but shall not be cumulative.
